Multiply Breakout Sessions

We are looking forward to this year’s breakout sessions. We believe this will be a time of equipping, learning and growing. Be sure to take some time to look and decide which breakout sessions you will attend. Space is limited, so be early!

There will be two different breakout session times this year.

Session 1 will be from 1:30-2:30pm
Session 2 will be from 3:00-4:00pm

Level Up Your Leadership

This breakout is all about HOW to level up your leadership. We will go from principles to practices, inspiration to application. We will share some of our best practices, but the focus will be on answering your questions. Let’s get practical on how you can take your own leadership to the next level!

Level Up Your Teams

In this breakout, we will cover the “How” of everything covered from the stage session. From one-on-one and weekly debrief templates to samples of role descriptions and success profiles, all the practical resources you’ll need to begin to level up your teams will be made available. We’ll finish with a long Q & A time to help implement these resources into your context.

Level Up Your Outreach

Outreach is the heartbeat of church. What does it look like to keep that heartbeat in a healthy rhythm? Can we pick up the pace in a balanced way? We will discuss the 7 key components of Outreach culture. This session will be Q&A format.

GCI Chaplains

Chaplains as Force Multipliers along the Military Highway. Military chaplains with Manna’s DNA are already on the ground working with Manna pastors along the Military Highway. Join us to hear testimonies of how God’s multiply vision is being carried out and to learn practical ways you can partner with chaplains along the Military Highway.

As churches, we are always looking for ways to solve the problem of maintaining relationships in between the face-to-face encounters. Texting is one of the applications that we can use for this, but the problem is that Texting can get expensive. Imagine what ministry to your people could look like if unlimited texting were possible without the cost. Well, Gloo has you covered, along with some easy-to-run plays you can use starting this weekend. Let’s talk about using Text to solve for the right jobs and how it can help you keep and grow your people.

AIM (Agape International Missions)

Activating Your Church in the Fight Against Human Trafficking. The Church is uniquely hardwired to stop trafficking before it ever starts. The reality is, in most cases, churches are already doing this without realizing it. In this breakout, we’ll have a practical conversation around developing an actionable strategy to utilize within your community to engage your church in the efforts to address human trafficking.

Portable Church

Get the lowdown on why portability is a great strategy for multiplication from the industry leader! We will walk through: Generating and Sustaining Momentum with a Portability Strategy, The Top 5 Places to Launch a New Portable Manna Campus, How Portable Church Sets Manna Up for Success—Process, Timing, and Things to Avoid. There will be plenty of opportunities at the end of the session for Multi-Site questions. Come join the fun!

We’ll discuss techniques such as marketing from a 360 spectrum, using a multi-channel approach, and reaching out and making use of all the tools available to you, from social media to direct mail to community events to servant evangelism.
